2.1 When you use our contact form
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
We use this to: respond to your enquiry and direct it to the right member of our team.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — it is in our and your interest to respond to enquiries sent to us.
How long we keep it: We retain contact form submissions for 12 months, then delete them unless they have led to an ongoing service relationship.
2.2 When you sign up to our newsletter or mailing list
When you subscribe to receive updates from Skills Enterprise, we collect your name and email address.
We use this to: send you news, updates, event information and service announcements relevant to our work in Newham and East London.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). We will only email you if you have actively signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How long we keep it: Until you unsubscribe. We review our mailing list annually and remove inactive subscribers.

How long we keep it: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.
